Skating on Thin Ice

He sharpens his blades and glides

onto the ice in smooth strokes gaining speed

She (single) follows suit

He offers her his hand

the one with the gold band

and she grabs it willingly with her naked hand

They circle the rink in the darkness of night

their hot breath

forming clouds in the glittered sky

This is a beautiful poem. You paint word picture so livid that I can easily see the picture of the two of them.
